Joan of arc marble sculpture restoration

This Italian marble sculpture toppled over during Hurricane Ida, and was heavily damaged. Bayou Preservation’s conservators carefully pieced her back together using a combination of pins, epoxy, and stone fillers. This project was complicated by the amount of missing material, particular at her legs. She was fully restored, and her owner was very happy to have her back!
