Bayou Preservation is excited to announce the official unveiling of the famous Marie Laveau Tomb in St. Louis Number 1 Cemetery in New Orleans. Bayou Preservation recently completed the careful restoration of this historic tomb, which included extensive masonry repairs, a new roof, 2-3 coats of plaster or stucco, limewash, as well as marble cleaning and treatments. We would like to thank everyone for their patience and encouragement during this project, and we are thrilled to have the restoration complete in time for Halloween and All Saints Day.
